01 Introduction & Applicability

33mbw is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slot games, and various other entertainment services to players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("user" or "you") of the 33mbw website and all associated services.

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on 33mbw, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing any false or misleading personal information may result in immediate account closure, and 33mbw reserves the right to forfeit any funds held in such an account.

3.2 Password & Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. Do not share your password or login details with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect your account is being used without authorisation, contact us immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

33mbw follows an identity verification process to ensure secure transactions. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Certain features may be restricted until verification is complete.

04 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

33mbw currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).

To request a withdrawal, the funds in your account must be registered under the same payment method used for the deposit. 33mbw may take additional time to process withdrawals or request additional documents for security verification purposes.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn if the bonus conditions have not been met. All applicable wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing funds. See section 5 below for detailed bonus-related instructions.

4.4 Transaction Currency

All transactions on the 33mbw platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For any transactions made in another currency, the applicable exchange rate will be applied automatically, and 33mbw will not be liable for any difference resulting from the conversion.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

33mbw offers newly registered users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳6,000 or more, you will receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Only one member per account or household may receive the welcome bonus.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same IP address or device are not permitted.
• The claim period for each bonus will be specified separately with each promotion.
• 33mbw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In the event of a breach of bonus terms, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.
• If the deposit amount is withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

33mbw's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Regularly active players may be automatically promoted to a higher tier and receive weekly cashback — from Bronze up to Platinum, the maximum weekly cashback is 0.2%, 0.5%, 0.8%, and 1.0% respectively.

06 Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games and betting activities on 33mbw are governed by these Terms. Each game may have its own rules, which can be found within the game interface.

6.2 Technical Errors

If any inconsistency in a game's outcome arises due to a software or hardware fault, disconnection, or any other technical issue, 33mbw reserves the right to void the affected game or reset it to the correct outcome. Any winnings displayed as a result of a technical error may not be valid.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the bet amount will be refunded in the event of an event cancellation, suspension, or uncertain outcome. If a dispute arises over the result of any event, the official announcement of the relevant sports body will be considered final.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33mbw platform. Violation of any of these may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or any other automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonus benefits.
• Money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources through the platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account or interfering with the platform's security measures.
• Intentionally exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities to influence game outcomes.
• Conducting fraudulent activities against the platform or its users.
• Operating an account by making or receiving payments through a third party.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through any corrupt or unlawful means.

08 Personal Data & Privacy

10 Limitation of Liability

• If a bet or game is not completed due to an internet disconnection.
• If any loss occurs due to a technical fault or third-party software issue.
• For any loss arising from the user's own negligence or breach of these Terms.
• If another person accesses your account using your login credentials.
• If the service is disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 33mbw's total liability in any case will not exceed the total amount deposited by the user on the platform in the preceding 30 days.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by the User

Any user may close their 33mbw account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. To close your account, contact the support team.

11.2 Closure by 33mbw

33mbw may close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If false or misleading information is provided.
• If evidence of involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activity is found.
• If the account is used in an attempt to commit money laundering or any other financial crime.
• In cases of self-exclusion at the user's own request.

12 Changes to Terms

33mbw reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users via email or through the platform.
